We never charge you. If your claim goes ahead, your solicitor's success fee is 25% of your compensation plus VAT (30% in total), payable only if your claim is successful. You can cancel with us at any time before we refer your case, free of charge. Once you have signed up with a solicitor, if you cancel after their 14-day cooling-off period, withdraw against their advice, or don't co-operate, you may have to pay costs already incurred, including disbursements and, in some circumstances, your landlord's legal costs. Your solicitor will explain this before you sign.
